- एका बाऊलमध्ये शेंगदाण्याचं कूट, खोबरं, गोडा मसाला, तिखट, हळद, हिंग, गूळ आणि मीठ मिसळा.
- हे मिश्रण वांग्याच्या फटींमध्ये भरा.
- कढईत तेल गरम करा. त्यात जिरे टाका आणि फोडणी करा.
- त्यात वांगी टाका, झाकण ठेवा आणि मध्यम आचेवर शिजवा.
- 5 मिनिटांनी वांगी उलट करा आणि 1 कप पाणी टाका.
- 15-20 मिनिटं झाकून शिजवा. झाकण उघडून तेल सुटेपर्यंत परतवा.
